Return & Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note that all items returned to us must be in their original condition, this means that the item has not been worn, used or damaged in any way. It must also be with its tags and in the original packaging. In addition you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items will be sent back to you if found not be in good condition. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receiving your purchase is not refundable anymore.
Due to stocking and shipping reasons we are not able to handle product exchanges, please return the items instead and place a new order.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Goods as listed below are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Sale items
- Personalised or altered products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund on underwear, swimwear and cosmetics, unless they are sealed in their original packaging.
European Union 3 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Do I have to pay for my return?
Unfortunately we can not offer free returns right now, so the cost of return is your responsibility. However we can provide you with an address label but you will need to arrange the return through a courier of your choice. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked service as we do not accept any responsibility for returned goods until they have been confirmed as received at our warehouse.
How do I return my order?
Please note that returns will need to be sent back to our warehouse and not to the manufacturer, we will provide you with the shipping address.
How long will the return take to be processed?
Returns take up to 10 business days to be processed from the time the return parcel is delivered to our warehouse. As soon as a return has been processed, we will email you to confirm.
Please only contact us if we have had your return for more than 10 days and you have not received confirmation it has been processed.

How will I be refunded for my order?
Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order and can take up to 5 working days to reach your bank account.
If you have paid for your order using a gift card, a new gift card will be posted to the billing address on the order. This should be received within 7 working days.
How do I return an item if there is a problem or fault?
If you bought your item online & think it is faulty then please get in touch with us directly with your proof of purchase, pictures of the fault and an explanation of what the fault is so we can guide you further.
